  • The number of vacancies for the post of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors is 64

  • Candidates between the age limit of 21 to 34 as on 01/07/2012 are eligible to apply for the post. There is age relaxation as per the govt rules.

  • Candidates with a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering from a recognized University are eligible to apply. The eligible candidates need to have a Motor Driving License with 3 years experience in driving motor vehicles.

  • Number of vacancies for the post of Physical Directors is 12

  • The age limit for the post is 18 to 34 as on 01/07/2012. There is age relaxation as per govt rules.

  • Candidates need to have a Master's Degree in Physical Education with 55 percent marks or above. The candidates need to have U.G.C-NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test) qualification or S.L.E.T (State Level Eligibility Test) qualification.

  • Candidates must have 1st class degree in Bachelor of Civil Engineering for post 1 and a degree in B.Sc Chemistry from recognized institution for post 2.

  • Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/-.

  • The last date for payment of fee is 05/032013 and the last date for online registration is 07/03/2013.

  • The date of written test for post 1 is 23/06/2013 and for post 2 is 26/05/2013.

How to submit online application


Please note the process for online registration is same for all the posts mentioned above.
  1. You need to first log into the official website of APPSC www.apspsc.gov.in

  2. Then you need to enter all the basic personal details and submit it.

  3. Before submitting make sure that there are no mistakes in the application. In case of mistakes, you can use the 'edit' button for correcting the mistakes in the application.

  4. Once you submit the application, Challan is generated which you can download and take a print-out of the same.

  5. You can pay the prescribed fee in any branch of the State Bank of India or any APonline center and obtain a copy of fee paid challan with the journal number details.

  6. After payment of fee you need to visit the website again after 2 p.m on the next working day and then enter the payment details in the application, upload a recent passport photograph of yours and with your signature in the provided places.

  7. And then you can submit the application which completes the process on online submission.

Note: Application fee is almost same for all the posts.
