Lack of Co-operation and Co-ordination by Educational Institutes in Mumbai


This article opens the poor relation between the educational institutions. The coordination and communication among them is questionable.

Mumbai continues to be one of the most stressful cities to live in with the addition to having high levels of non-co-operation and lack of co-ordination by educational institutes and authorities. During the recent times, both the students as well as the parents have to endure high levels of torture in terms of complying their various demands which are in the best interest of their ward or child in order to perform well in the educational institute for a brighter future.

The various forms of non co-operation include the lack of personal attention which is given to students while admission as well as during the lectures of the class. The other may be in the form of delay and slackness on the part of the officials or the staff situated in the office of the educational institute.

Certain levels of prejudice can also be found among the staff officials and the students and they favor certain students whom they assume to be bright students and neglect the interests of the students who need proper educational attention in order to gain the most out of education form their life.

On the grounds of lack of co-ordination found in educational institutes,it is found that there is a high degree of misunderstanding between the students ans the teachers or the faculty of the educational institute. The concept adopted by the faculty of the educational institutes is that they favor certain students who are bright and neglect the students who do not fare well on the grounds of their education and their studies.

This type of environment is absolutely not favorable for the development of the students who spend their precious amount of time attending the institute for the purpose of seeking good levels of education and promoting their all round development which will build their character.

This all boils down to the fact that educationists should be more focused on providing good quality educational services and making a good studying environment for both themselves as well as the students who come to the educational institute in search of good education and a happy atmosphere.
