Here in this article we are talking about the International ODI match which will be played on 17th October between India and West I dies at Dharamshala Kangra.

In the Himachal Pradesh there is only one International Cricket Stadium in the Dharamshala in the Kangra district. In this ground few international and so many IPL (Indian Premier League) matches were played. First International ODI match was played in the year 2012.


This construction work for this stadium was started in the year 2005 and it was completed in the year 2010 and after one first domestic level cricket match was played in this ground. This ground is situated in the Kangra district in the Dharamshala which is about 11 km from the Kangra.


This year another International ODI match will be played on the same venue on 17th October this year in which India will take on West Indies.


The president of HPCA (Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association) and state Member of Parliament from Hamirpur Mr Anurag Thakur has said while addressing to the media it is great honour for the HPCA to hold such a big game and it will also increase the tourism in the state.


But he also said that they will send and report to the BCCI (Board of Cricket for Control in India) regarding the security and they will also send the letter to the state government to provide full security during the match or before the game.


This is the second time that international ODI match will be played in this ground and first match was played between India and England in which India won the match.


The seating capacity is also good about 20K to 30K peoples can sit at a time.


This ground is situated in the middle of the mountains which are surrounded with mountains which are always covered with snow. So the clime is very much good because cold waves are always blown from the hilly areas.


So the online reservation for the match will be started from before the one week of the match and you can also book tickets at the ground before the match.
