According to Indian constitution, out of the 250 Rajya Sabha members, 12 are nominated by the president for special knowledge in literature, science, art and social service. It's an important fact that Tendulkar does not have expertise in any of these. Many people are asking the question whether Tendulkar will be actually able to contribute to our nation. The cricketer will still play the forthcoming matches and tours. This is a main point the critics are pointing that he won't be able to attend the Rajya Sabha sessions.
