Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER), Chennai invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into MBBS / BDS / B.Sc (Nursing) / BPT Courses for the academic year 2013 in its constituent colleges by conducting an entrance exam. Those who get qualified in MAHER common entrance exam 2013 will be eligible for admission in the following MAHER Constituent colleges.
1. Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute, Enathur, Kanchipuram
• MBBS
2. Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai
• BDS
3. Meenakshi College of Nursing, Mangadu, Chennai
• B.Sc (Nursing)
4. Arulmigu Meenakshi College of Nursing, Medical College Campus, Enathur, Near Kanchipuram
• B.Sc (Nursing)
5. Meenakshi College of Physiotherapy, Chennai
• BPTEligibility for admissions for MAHER 2013 admissions
• The candidates must have completed Higher Secondary or equivalent qualifying examination with 50% of aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) for MBBS and BDS course. 45% of aggregate Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) and English for B.Sc (Nursing) and a pass in higher secondary course examination for BPT degree course.
• The selection is purely based on merit . The candidates will be selected based on their performance in the entrance exam on All India basis.MAHER 2013 Application form
• The candidates can obtain the Brochure and application form for MBBS and BDS in person on payment of Rs 1000/- by cash and Rs 500/- for B.Sc (Nursing) and BPT degree courses.
• Those who wish to receive the application by post for need to send a requisition letter along with a demand draft for Rs 1,100/- and for B.Sc (Nursing)/BPT a demand draft of Rs 600/- in favour of the Registrar, MAHER payable at Chennai.
