WBBSE going to publish Madhyamik test paper


The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education decides to publish the madhyamik test papers from 2013 in the place of All Bengal Teachers association. The board did not give any reason why they want to start publishing from the next year. All the students would able to buy the madhyamik test papers from the mid of December.

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) decided to publish the madhyamik test papers from 2013. This test paper contains the previous years' Madhyamik questions and the question papers of the test exam for Madhyamik examinations at various schools in West Bengal unlike the other test papers which also carry suggestions for the madhyamik examination. The newly-appointed administrator of WBBSE, Mr. Kalyanmoy Ganguly said that since the board conducts the madhyamik examination, it can not given any suggestion or model question papers in its test papers. Normally in the previous yras the two organizations - All Bengal Teachers association (ABTA) and State Teachers and Employees Association (SETA) publish the madhyamik and higher secondary test papers respectively. The ABTA has been publishing the madyamik test papers since 1930s. In the both test papers, there are lot of suggestion and sample questions as well.


The general secretary of ABTA, Mr. Utpal Roy said that they are not aware about the board decision to debit publishing madhyamik test papers and they do not have any idea about this decision. According to the board, the test papers would be made available by the first week of December and all the students can buy it from the mid of December. The board will start to collect the questions of test exams held in schools in the month of November and for this purpose all reputable schools are asked to send the test questions papers after the exam. The state government has already given the necessary clearance and asked to go ahead with this new project.
