2tbl spoons raising flour (maida)
Half cup cream
2tblspoon refined oil
3cloves of garlic.
black pepper(kali mirch)
boiled pasta penne or spiral.
oregeno or other italian seasonings
(non-vegetarians can add mince of chicken)
how to make white sauce:
1.Take a pan(kadhai) pour 2tale spoons of refined.
2.Than add raising flour stir for one sec and simultaneously add milk and stir the material constantly to avoid lumps.
3.Add cream and stir the material well so everything is mixed properly and after that put salt and pepper half tbl spoons.
Keep aside the white sauce
Stir Fry the vegeatables
Take seperate pan and put 2tlbs of refined oil. when heated add diced garlic in the pan stir for 1minute. Now add onions and let it cook for 5mins then put the rest of diced vegetables. Add salt and pepper to according to the taste. When the vegetables are semicooked ,take it off the gas
add boiledpasta in the white sauce, stir well so that pasta is mixed properly and add cooked vegetables and stir well.
Add seasoning of the choice which are readily available in the market on the pasta. Hot creamy pasta is ready to serve.
