3 easy fish dishes to prepare


When we get fish most of us prepare ordinary fish curry or fish fry, here are some simple fish dishes that you can try when you get fish next time. Fish also has some important nutritional values; it is rich in proteins and omega 3 fatty acids which is good for immunity. Fish is something that we should include in our daily diet and is healthier than chicken or beef.

  • Boneless fish - 1 kilogram

  • Salt - 80 gram

  • Turmeric powder - 5 gram

  • Ginger - 150 gram

  • Green chillies - 30 gram

  • Chilly powder - 70 gram

  • Garam masala - 2 full teaspoon

  • Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Vinegar - 250 ml

  • Boiled cooled water - 400 ml

  • Mustard Dal - 20 gram

  • Sugar - 10 gram

  • Gingerly oil - 250 ml

  • Curry leaves to taste

Preparations

First make a small paste with the turmeric powder and half of the salt, and then mix the boneless fish in the paste and sundry the fish for 2 hours. After the fry the fish and make sure that there is no excess of oil in the fish. And in the same oil fry half of the ginger, some garlic, green chilly and curry leaves. And the next thing is to make a paste of the remaining ginger, garlic and green chillies in a mixer and fry the paste in the oil. Next add some chilly powder in water and add the thing slowly into the heating oil and stir the mixture till the oil comes above and turn off the flame after adding the garam masala and the pepper powder. Add the fried things to this gravy and add some water, sugar and crushed fried mustard dal

  • Boneless fish

  • Salt to taste

  • Vinegar

  • Gram flour

  • Chilli powder

  • Turmeric powder

  • Pepper powder

  • Pepper powder

  • Water

Preparations

Cut the fish into square shapes and clean it with a solution of vinegar and salt. Mix the gram flour, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder in enough water in the form of a paste. Add the cut pieces of fish to the paste and heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil starts to boil, add the pieces of fish to the oil and fry it. After taking the dish from the pan serve the tasty Punjabi dish with hot Kerala style appam, Nan or rice.

  • Hard fleshed fish

  • Salt

  • Small teaspoon cumin

  • Grated coconut

  • Coriander powder

  • Chilli powder

  • Vinegar-3 teaspoon

  • Green chillies

  • Garlic

  • Sugar

  • Coriander leaves

  • Lemon juice

  • Coconut oil


  • Preparations

    Make scars on the cleaned fish and keep the fish for I ½ hours after mixing it with 3 teaspoons of vinegar and some salt. Prepare a paste of grated coconut, a small spoon of cumin,3 ½ tablespoons of coriander powder, ½ tablespoon of chilli powder,3 green chillies,4 pieces of garlic,1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 cup of coriander leaves, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Prepare a raw banana leaf in a flame, add some coconut oil to the leaf and cover the leaf after adding the fish and the prepared paste in the leaf. Then just steam boil the fish in a steamer or an idli dish for 1/2 hours and your steamed fish is ready.
