Recipe- How to prepare Egg puffs ?

This article is all about the preparation of Egg puffs which is favour for most of us. Many of us will buy outside to taste but few percents may tried at home. In this article, I am giving brief description for preparing egg puffs which you can try in your home itself within few steps.



1)Egg-2 Nos
2)Onion(big)-2 Nos
4)Maida floor-1/2kgms
5)Garlic-5 flakes
6)Ginger-1 small piece
7)Cinnamom,Cardamom -2Nos
8)Chill powder -2 T.S
9)Pepper powder-1 T.S
11)Ghee,oli -2T.S
12)Mutton(minced)-250 grms
13)Coriander leaves-1/2 bunch
14)Mint leaves -1/2 bunch


1)Boil the potato and remove the skin.
2)Chop the onion nicely.
3)Remove the yolk of the egg(yellow part) and mix the white part well.
4)Boil the mutton separately with salt.
5)Prepare the garlic and ginger paste.
6)Powder the cinnamom and chop the mint and coriander leaves.
7)Keep the pan in stove and pour oil to fry onion, garlic paste, chilli powder, cinnamom, boiled mutton
8)Wait till it becomes dry.
9)Now mash the potato with salt, egg yolk and pepper powder well.
10)Partition the mash potato into few parts.
11)Make a round sheet of potato and dust it with maida flour and then fill it with mutton.
12)Fold them and try to close the edges using vanaspathi.
13)Dip the fold in egg white and (keep the slow flame)fry till it becomes golden brown .
14)Now serve with sauce.
