Recipe of delicious chena masala

"Chena Masala" is one of the best dish in north Indian family party's.In this article I am sharing a delicious recipe of "Chena Masala," this is also a very good option with Evening tea or coffee.It is a very good protein rich dish which is suitable for both vegetarian and non- vegetarian.


  • 100g Chena kept in a pot with fully filled water before 6 hours of preparation

  • Chopped tomatoes (2 no's)

  • Chopped onion (2 no's)

  • Sliced ginger (minute amount)

  • Chilly (2 no's)

  • Salt

  • Chena Masala powder (3 tablespoon)

  • Refined Oil (4 tablespoon)

  • Chilly powder (1 tablespoon)

  • Water (3 Glass)

  • Method Of Preparation:

    1.Oil is boiled in a pan and add chopped onion on it and leave it for few minutes.

    2.Add Chopped Tomato,chilly and sliced ginger to it and mixed very well.

    3.Take needed amount of salt, 3 tablespoon chena masala, chilly powder to it and mix it.

    4.Add 3 glass of water and mix it well.

    5.After few minutes, take 100 gram of chena and add to the boiled masala mix.

    6.Wait for 20 minutes and serve this delicious chena masala with tea or coffee.

    This recipe requires about one hour for preparation but its taste is really delicious.Everyone can prepare this dish very easily by folleowing this guidelines.
