Peanut Rolls

The required ingredients:
  • 100 gm of fried and powdered pea nut,
  • 100 gm paneer squeezed up,
  • 100 gm butter,
  • 8-10 bread slices,
  • 1 small spoonful of grinded sarso (mustard),
  • ½ spoonful carrot kaddukussed,
  • 1 small spoonful coriander leaf, oil to fry, salt and chillies to tastes

Stir well the butter and panner to mix and prepare a thick paste by putting into it peanut, salt, carrot, coriander leaf and red chilli. Cut out the corners of the bread slice. Now dab on both the sides of bread slices the thick solution of pea nut and roll it with a light hand and pitch in a tooth prick so that the rolls do not open up. Cook it in oil till it becomes golden in colour. Serve Peanut Rolls hot with chutney.

Corn Magic

Ingredients required:
  • 2 cups of maize floor,
  • ½ cup of besan,
  • 1 boiled potato,
  • ¼ cup paneer squeezed off from water,
  • 2 green chillies,
  • 2 small spoonful of coriander leaf,
  • 1 spoonful of ginger,
  • oil to fry,
  • Red chillies and salt as per taste.

Preparation method:
Fry the besan to brown colour with a little of oil and put in it the maize floor, green chillies, red chilli, ginger and boiled potato and sprinkle water splashes to knead it well. Make small duvets (loii) of this mixture. Give every duvet a triangular shape after mixing salt and garam mashala in paneer and fry it in oil until it becomes crunchy. Serve this corn magic with sauce or chutney.


    1cup shimla mirch (capsicum),
  • green pea,
  • Beans,
  • finely chopped up cabbage,
  • 1 & ½ cup scrapped carrot,
  • 1 onion- cut up,
  • 2 spoonful corn flower,
  • 5 spoonful of corn flower,
  • 2-3 long (cloves),
  • Finely cut up 3 garlic buds, ¼ spoonful green chilli, ½ small spoonful black pepper, ¼ spoonful azininomoto, salt to taste

Preparation Method :
Mix all the ingredients and make small balls of this mixture. Fry it in oil till it becomes brown. Serve the Manchurian hot.

Custard Mango

  • : 500 ml milk,
  • 1 mango,
  • ¾ cup of cream,
  • 1 big spoonful of sugar,
  • 1 big cup of brown & Polson custard powder.

Preparation method:
Dissolve the brown and Polson custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk and in the balanced left over milk, put ½ big spoonful of sugar and boil it and put the dissolved ½ cup of brown and Polson custard powder. Do the puree of mango and mix ½ spoonful of sugar in cream. Let the custard cool. Arrange all the three into the serving dish and serve the Custard Mango after decorating it.
