How to make
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It should be be able to store a pan 13x9 inches. Mix the brownie in a medium bowl. Add oil, water and eggs and mix it. Whip the mixture.
Bake the mixture for 30 minutes. Do not bake it more than this time. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. Your brownie is ready. Keep it for 30 minutes in the fridge.
In a small saucepan heat the whipping cream. When it starts boiling, stop heating it. Add chocolate chips on it and leave it as it is for 30 minutes. In a small bowl add all the frosting ingredients. Add ample amount of milk in it which makes it easy to mix.
Now remove the brownies from the pan using a file. Put it in a cutting board and cut it in the shape of a conical tree.
