Here is a yummy recipe for you named Cauliflower Chopsoye. It is very easy to prepare and can be served either at your lunch or dinner. Basically it is a complete dish which is made with noodles. First you have to make small balls with cauliflower florets using cornflower batter. Now you have to make the gravy for the dish. Sauté chopped onion, garlic and other spices. Then add water to finally make the gravy. Then add the cauliflower balls in the gravy to cook them. Finally pour the gravy on fried noodles and here your recipe is ready to serve.

Cauliflower Chopsoye recipe
Ingredients Cauliflower 1 (big), Grated Cheese ½ cup, Red Chili Powder 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Corn flour 4-5 tbsp, Noodles 2 packet, Tomato sauce 1 cup, Vinegar ½ cup, Salt and sugar as per taste, black pepper powder 2 tsp, Onion 2, Garlic 1 tsp, Ajinomoto a little, Refined Oil for frying, chopped Spring Onion 2 tbsp.
Method: Step 1:
First cut the cauliflower in small pieces. Take a sharp knife and separate the florets from the main stem. Now steam all these separated florets in salt water. Keep it aside.
When it gets cooled strain the excess water from the florets and then pours it in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, grated cheese and corn flour in this bowl.
Then mix all these ingredients of the bowl and make small balls out of this mixture. If you want you can add grated cottage cheese in this mixture.
Then take a non stick pan and put it on the flame. Allow it to boil on low flame. Now pour all the cauliflower balls in this oil gently and fry them in golden brown color.
Now boil the noodles in water and strain excess water from it. Put it under running cold water and keep them aside to strain excess water.
Now deep fry these boiled noodles and spread them on a plate. Then pour 2 tbsp of refined oil in a non stick pan and allow it to boil in low flame.
Chop the onions in cube shape and fry chopped onion in oil. Add garlic paste in the pan and sauté it. When the smell comes out, put the flame low.
Add vinegar and tomato in the pan. Also add salt and sugar to taste. Add ½ cup of water into it. When the whole thing starts to boil add all the cauliflower balls in the pan.
Mix corn flour in ¼ cup water and then pour this mixture in the pan. Stir the whole thing to mix it well. Then add ajinomoto and black pepper powder in it.
Cook the whole thing for 2-3 minutes and then pour it on the fried noodles. Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top. If you wish you can add chopped carrots, capsicum, cabbage at the time of cooking.
Serve your Cauliflower Chopsoye hot.
