Sarabeswarar in Valleswarar Temple, Mylapore
Valleswarar Temple is on South Mada Street Mylapore, Chennai 600004. This is an ancient temple. Sarabeswarar puja takes place here on every Sunday from 3.30 p.m. to 6.00 pm and roughly 3000 devotees will be visiting the temple during this time.
I was born in Mylapore, brought up in Mylapore and has been living there for many years except four brief spell of 7 years during which I served in West Bengal and New Delhi. Inspite of this I was not aware of this worship and this Bhagwan was introduced to me by my Bank colleague during 2003. Since 2003 I have been visiting this temple on Sundays whenever I stay in the city.
All my prayers have been answered by this God and above all there is a lot of mental satisfaction I derive throughout next seven days, after visiting this temple on sundays.
Of course now I am away at USA since July and I am unable to visit. I consider this an opportunity to share my experience so that many others -- members of chennaispider will be benefited.
A reference about this temple is their in agasthiar.org and I am giving url for the same.
Wishing Chennaispider and all its members success in all their efforts.
