Indian Institute of Technology Indore invites application for the post of Junior Research Fellow in a research programme in Chemistry discipline, sponsored by DST. The project is entitled as "Size and Shape Controlled Magneto-Optical Nanoparticles for Cancer Cell Imaging and Photo-thermal Therapy".

There is only one position vacant for the above said post. The appointment for the post of Junior Research Fellow at IIT Indore will be for a period of 1 year initially which can be extended upto 3 years but the extension is wholly dependent on the performance of the candidate. The tenure of the post will be co-terminus with the project term.

The above position would be on stipend basis. The stipend would be Rs. 16,000 per month plus HRA and other medical facilities according to the institutions policies.


Eligibility criteria for the post of Junior Research Fellow at IIT Indore


To apply for the post of JRF at IIT Indore the candidate should have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks.

The candidate should have compulsorily qualified in CSIR-UGC NET (JRF / LS) or GATE.

The maximum age limit for this post is 28 years.
