Here in this article I have discussed the procedure which you need to follow to prepare Chakli, Khandvi and Khichu which are very famous Gujarati cousins and is very popular among Gujarati kids. Here I have discussed the procedure for limited pieces but you can extend it according to your need.

Chakli
Ingredients:
2 glasses grain flour
1/2 cup Mung Dal insert
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric root extract extract
1/2 tsp carom seed products (ajwain) or cumin seed products
1 red soup powdered substances (optional)
Salt To Flavor
oil for cooking water as required


Preparation:

2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut


Preparation:
Wash and bathe the moong dal and grain together. Strain.
In a dish, mix the dal and grain with the turmeric root extract extract powdered substances, peppercorns, 4 1/2 glasses water and salt.

Khandvi
Ingredients:
