A candidate must have pass +2 Science or Intermediate in science or +2 vocational Examination in field Agricultural Oriented subject such as Horicultural, Crop Production sericultural & Farm mechanic.Age limitation for Village Agricultural Worker, Nuapada
The candidate applyingfor the post of VAW shall not be less than 20 years of age & more than 32 years of age on 01-01-2011, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 year in case of SC/ST/Women/3 years in case of SEBC/10 year s in case of orthopedically handicapped candidates.Terms & Conditions for Village Agricultural Worker, Nuapada
A candidate shall be
*a citizen of India and permanent resident of Orissa.
*Of a good character & free from organic defect.
*Most be able to speak, read & write oriya & shall have passed a test in oriya equivalent to the middle school standard or shall have passed M.E. standard with oriya language.
*most know cycling.
*should preferable come from a rural area & come from small or marginal farmers family.
*The selected candidates will be engaged on contract for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.5200/- P.M & will under go in service training RITEs of the state.
*The candidates so engaged cannot claim for their transfer to the other district.
*The candidates engaged on contractual basics shall ot claim for regularisation of their service either doing the period of their engagement of after its termination.Methods of selection for for Village Agricultural Worker
Selection of the candidates shall be made on the basic of marks obtained in the +2 science or Intermediate in science or +2 vocational Examination in field Agriculture.
If percentage of marks secured by a candidate in +2 science or intermediate in science and marks secured by another candidates in +2 vocational course in the field of agriculture is equal than candidates having +2 vocational course in the field of agriculture shall be preferred.Position to be filled for Village Agricultural Worker

*HSC examination or equivalent certificate in support of age & date of birth
*certificate in support of passing +2 science or intermediate in science or +2 vocational examination.
*Mark sheets in support of qualify examination.
*Cast certificate from competent revenue authority in case of SC/ST/SEBC candidates.
*Certificate claiming to have come from a rural area & come from small or marginal farmers family to be obtained from assistant agriculture officer of the block.
*Character certificate from two group B officer.
*Certificate of good conduct from the institution in which he/she last studied.
*If employed, "No objection certificate" from the employer to be submitted.
