About Kullu


The kullu valley is located in the central part of Himachal Pradesh. The local name of this area is the valley of Gods. It was discovered in 1960s by flower children.
It is the most beautiful state of Himachal.

About Manali


Manali is situated along the west bank of the river Beas and it is a prime destination for nature lovers.
It is the most choosed destination for tourism by the tourists.

Religious places


Hidimba Temple


It is the chief attraction of Manali. This was built in 16th century and is famous for its exquisitely carved door way.
This temple is locaated amidst wooden forest of deodar and is about 2.5 km from the tourist office. A large festival is held here in May.

Manu Temple


It is situated very near to main bazar in old Manali. This is the only one temple of Manu in India, who is beleived to be the creator of human race on earth.

Bijli Mahadev Shrine


It is one of the most beautiful temple of kullu. It is situated at 10 km from Kullu across the Beas River.

Nature Trail


Rohtang Pass


It is the only route that connects the kullu valley with Lahaul and Spiti valleys.

Solang Valley


It offers the view of glaciers and snow capped mountains and peaks.

How to reach


By air


The nearest airport is Kullu-Manli Airport which is 10 km apart from the town and located near the bus stand of Bhuntar.

By rail


Joginder Nagar located at a distance 120 km is the nearest airport to Kullu.

By road


Kullu is on NH-21 and is 70 km away from Mandi and 312 km away from Chandigarh.
