In their manifesto, they have mainly focused on providing better employment and job opportunities for young generation of Himachal Pradesh. 1. 10 lakh job openings for next session.
2. Increased daily wages from Rs. 150 to Rs. 250.
3. Free induction plate to odd household which will reduce some LPG load from Himachal peoples.
4. Hike in widow and social security pensions (Rs. 650 per month in place of Rs. 450).
5. Cheap rate for farmer and student loans.
6. Proper policy for PTA and Para Teachers regularization.

9. Better execution of Atal Free Uniform scheme.
10. Free laptop scheme for students.
11. No VAT up to 10 lakh turnover.
So in all BJP has smartly covered all the important sectors which will help them in upcoming polls. They are mainly focusing on un-employed youth for whom they will somehow generate 10 lakh jobs (according to manifesto).
