The Holy Trinity church is one of the oldest churches in Karnataka. It is situated at the east end of M.G Road, Bangalore. The holy Trinity church was built by East India Company in 1851. The church is an ancient British architectural wonder in Bangalore. Most of the decorative pieces placed in the church are brought from England. The great bell of the church, stained glass depicting Jesus' baptism, the baptismal pond, the pulpit & pipe are some of them. You can see a lot of beautiful memorials carved out of brass & marble on the walls of Holy trinity Church Bangalore.

St. Mary's Basilica, Bangalore is situated in Shivjinagar. It is the oldest church in Bangalore and is believed to have built in 18th century. This is the only church in Bangalore with ' minor basilica ' status. The present St. Mary's basilica church was consecrated on 8th September 1882. The church is dedicated to St. Mary - mother of Jesus. The annual feast in St. Mary's church is celebrated on Sep 8th - the birthday of mother mary. There will be a 9 days novena & mass starting from Aug 30th as a preparation to the feast. On Sept.8th evening, there will be grand car procession with a beautifully decorated & illuminated chariot carrying statue of mother Mary on the streets of Shivajinagar.. A mass wedding for the poor is also being conducted in St. Mary's church during the feast every year. The statue in the St. Mary's church is believed to have miraculous power. People from all over India come here to offer their prayers during feast.

Infant Jesus Church , Banglaore was built in 1979. The church is specially dedicated to Infant Jesus. Thousands of people from all faiths come here to pray. It is believed that those who come to the Infant Jesus church and pray to infant jesus, miracles happen to them. We honor Infant Jesus especially on Thursdays & there will be special novenas on that day in Infant Jesus Church, Bangalore. A new church has been built & inaugurated on June 9th, 2005 close to the old church. The church has a fan shaped hall & the people sitting is any place in the church will feel the altar is faced to them.
The annual feast is celebrated on January 14th every year. A 9 day novena will be started on January 5th as preparation for the feast.

St. Philomina's Church in Mysore is one of the largest & oldest church in India. Saint Philomina was a princess from Greece. She was beheaded by a Roman emperor at the age of 14 since she refused to marry him. She wanted to live for God and became a martyr for Him. St. Philomina's Church in Mysore is dedicated to saint Philomina.
The initial little church dedicated to St. Philomina was built in 18th century for the British officers & soldiers in Mysore. The land for the church was given by Maharaja Krishnaraja Wodeyar III. Eventually, as the number of christians in the place increased and a bigger church was needed to accommodate all of them. In 1933, Maharaja Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV built the present St. Philomina's church in place of the old small church. The basic shape of the church resembles a cross. It was designed by a French architect named Daly in Neo gothic style. The relic of st. Philomina has been kept in a catacomb below the altar. The glass windows with painting narrating the birth of jesus, last supper, crucifixion & resurrection adds more beauty to the church. Now, the St. Philomina's Church is Mysore is not only a religious place, but also has become a tourist spot . The church is just 3 kms from Mysore city bus stand.
The annual feast of St. Philomina's church is celebrated on August 11 every year.
