STUFFED PARATHA Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour - 2 to 3 cups;
Boiled potato - 2 to 3;
Ginger - small piece;
green chillies - 2;
Onion - 1 big;
coriander leaves;
curry leaves;
salt;
oil or butter.

PREPARATION METHOD for Stuffed Paratha

  • Make dough of wheat flour and salt.

  • Peel off the boiled potato and keep it aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, finely chopped ginger, then followed by onions, finely cut green chillies, when the onion is golden brown, add smashed potatoes to it and mix the contents for a few seconds.

  • Then add salt and coriander leaves and allow it cool for sometime.

  • Take a part of the dough, bigger than what we use for roti, because we will have to put the prepared stuff na, thats why. So take the dough, flatten it with your palms, make a small cavity, to fill the stuff and cover the stuff from all side.

  • See that the stuff doesnt come out of the dough.

  • Roll the dough carefully as we prepare roti, place it on tawa, when the paratha turns brown turn it and apply oil or butter.

  • Repeat it till golden brown and stuffed paratha is ready.
