2. Notice of withdrawal of candidature can be delivered before 3p/m. on 14th May, 2010.
3. In the event of the election being contested, the poll for the Maharashtra Legislative Council Thane Local Authorities Constituency will be held on 28th May, 2010 (Friday) between 8a.m. and 4p.m.
