CBSE Result Grade this year 2010.


The grading system changed from this year.

Dear Friends!
The grading system in CBSE grading system is changed from this year and students are struggling for admissions in other schools/board due to unaware of grade conversions.

So following are the conversion which is useful for all students, teachers as well as the institutions.

If a student gets grade A1 Means he/she has scored more than 91 marks overall or in a subject. Same way see the following :

MARKS...Grades..Points
81 -90– A2------9.0
71 -80– B1------8.0
61-70 – B2------7.0
51 -60– C1------6.0
41 -50– C2------5.0
33-40 – D ------4.
21-32 – E1
00-20 – E2

For an Example:-

SUBJECT-CODE...SUB NAME ....GRADE.... GRADE POINT
101 ENGLISH A2 09
122 COMM etc. A1 10
041 MATHEMATICS A2 09
086 SCIENCE B1 08
087 SOCIAL SCIENCE A2 09

Result: QUAL CGPA: 9
Here CGPA means
Cumulative grade point average (CGPA).
