To keep yourself fit In todays Fast speedy Generation you Need to Follow the "Dinacharya "from the Ayurveda But here Are Some Few Tips.

Wake up Early in the Morning eg-6 Am.Have some Morning Warm up Exercise, Morning Walk, Jogging etc. Also for Mind Control Have Some Meditation some Yogasanas ,Some Pranayamas,& Some Upasana of any god eg-recitate the Mantra "OM "& Pray your Lord. Then Have Your Breakfast keep specific timings for your Breakfast, Afternoon Lunch ,EveningBreakfast& Night Dinner.

The very Important tip is that about driniking water. Drink water only when you have thirst.During Meal- Dont Drink Water On Large Amount Before or after meal but Have sips of water During Meal.Eat food only When You have Appetite When you Dont have appetite Eat light food Protect from wind Dust fog etc.& avoid fastfood.
