Imran Khan gets slapped three times in todays KBC 5.
Today Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif were on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati 5. Obviously they were here to promote their film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. The audience was overwhelmed with their appearance on the sets. Also they played together sitting on a hot seat with Amitabh Bachchan.
Film Promotion on the Sets of KBC 5:
Kaun Banega Crorepati 5 is a show hosted by Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and today they allowed Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif to promote their film. On the sets they had a lot of fun. Starting with the rules, Amitabh made Katrina to make out what he said. Here he told the rules to Katrina in pure HINDI language. After he finished introducing them and telling the rules it was Katrina's turn to speak out what the host said. Obviously she could make only few right things correctly and she started fumbling and even said that this show is like a "COMPUTER GAME". This is really bad because after spending so much time in Hindi movies, she should have picked up the exact rhythm.
Katrina Kaif played a guitar on this show and also sung an English song. Here it was Imran Khan's turn to translate it in Hindi. Afterwards she also delivered a dialogue of Sholay where Dharmendra went up on the water tank and says suicide gav-waalo..., etc. which is used in their film. Till then Imran was very relaxed and enjoying the show. He thought he would not have to get slapped on the show like in the movie where Katrina have slapped Imran for a whooping 16 times. Direction of Amitabh Bachchan:
In this way, Imran Khan, Is in trouble because as soon as Amitabh knew that Katrina has slapped him 16 times in the Film, he couldn't wait and started directing them to repeat the script in front of the audience. Here it was an awkward situation for Imran because he has to get slapped by Katrina and the audience too lauded them to do so. So Imran said that this audience is too crazy and they want me to get a slap from Katrina and that too live.
So Mr. Bachchan directed and said silence, camera and action. So Imran repeated the dialogue and as soon as he finishes it Katrina slaps him. First time it was OK she didn't slapped him. Here, Director, Mr. Bachchan said cut cut cut it was not OK will do this shot again. Katrina also said it was not OK and they did it again. This time Katrina gave a little hard slap but again it was not OK from the director and audience point of view. At the third retake she slaps him very hard and Imran was ready to accept that he is being slapped live on the National Television.
