Ingredients to make Samosa

1. Plain flour or Maida – 1 cup
2. Potatoes – 2
3. Onion – 3
4. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
5. Green Chilies' – 2
6. Coriander leaf
7. Garam Masala Powder – 1 table spoon
8. Red chilli Powder – 1 table spoon
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil to deep fry

Method to make Samosa


Method to make Dough for Samosa

1. Take Maida add salt, one spoon of oil then add water and mix it well to make Dough.
2. Cover it with a wet cloth keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes to make Dough soft.

Method to make Stuff item for Samosa

1. Cook Potatoes well and peel it and mash.
2. Cut onion in to small pieces
3. Heat pan with oil put green chilli to fry add onion make it fry until brown.
4. Add some salt, turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder and Garam Masala powder mix well for 2 minutes.
5. Add mashed Potatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Method to make Samosa

1. Make thin 5" round with Dough.
2. Put 2 spoons of Stuff item middle of the round.
3. Fold the round shape in to semicircle. Fold two corners of semi circle (one in front side and another in back side) to make triangle shape.
4. Deep fry Samosa with low or medium until it become brown. Don't try to cook in high stream samosa will turned out.
