Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Coconut gratings – 3 cups
Cardamom Powder – 2 pinch
Ghee - 1tbsp

Method for making Tamil Recipe Coconut Burfi

burfi11. Take ghee in a heavy bottomed kadai and fry the coconut gratings.

2. Add milk and sugar to the above and cook in a medium flame. Stir continuously till it thickens and the ghee separates.

3. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

4. Transfer in a plate greased with ghee, level it and then slice the burfi.

Now the coconut burfi is ready.
