Ingredients for Coconut Rice
* Raw rice - 2 cups
* Onion - 1
* Mustard - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds(Jeeragam) - 1/2 tsp
* Bengal gram (Kadalai Parupu) - 2 tsp
* Roasted groundnut - 3 tsp
* Curry leaves - little
* Coriander Leaves - little bunch
* Ghee - 2 tsp
* Grated Coconut - 2 cup
* Red Chilly - 2
* Coconut Oil - as required
* Salt - as required
Methods to prepare Coconut Rice
1) Cut onion into small pieces and kept a boiled raw rice aside.
2) Take a Pan, add coconut oil, mustard. After mustard splitted, put bengal gram, sliced onion, jeeragam, curry leaves and Red chilly
3) Then add roasted groundnut, grated coconut, salt and coriander leaves. Fry well
4) Put boiled Raw rice into above contents, mix well and add ghee into rice
5) Taste this delicious coconut recipe with Chutney or sauce.
