Anna University Counselling Guidelines 2013

• The candidate who are qualified will be send individual communications for appearing for Anna University Counselling 2013.

• The candidates will be called for counselling accordingly as in the merit l
ist.

• The candidates must discuss about the branch they want to take with their parents or any other well wishers before coming for counseling.

• On the basis of the availability and reservation candidates are required to choose their desired group.

• There is option for the candidates to opt for colleges and branches they desire. But everything is purely based on the availability of seats at the time when they come for counselling.

• The candidates must bring in the original certificates for verifying the marks when they come for counseling.

• The candidates who have received new mark statements after re-totalling /revaluation of mark must bring in their new mark statements and rank.

• If the candidate have submitted their original certificates in any other institution by joining any other course should bring a letter from the concerned institution. They are required to bring attested copies of certificates for verification.

• If the candidate is not able to attend the Anna University counselling 2012 at the prescribed date, he/she can attend the counseling at any date but he/ she will be allowed to take the seats only based on the availability on that time.
