Why Stalin was arrested?
M.K. Stalin, son of the former chief minister of tamilnadu M. Karunanidi was arrested today for remaining as an obstacle for arresting the DMK Tiruvarur District secretary, Poondi Kalaivanan, in Tiruvarur district.
Mr. Poondi Kalaivanan had charges of forcing the school students and making them to boycott the schools supporting the implementation of Samacheer Kalvi, i.e., uniform System of School Education. Many of the government students have boycotted the schools and were sitting i the road. The Police officials have said that Stalin will be released later and charges will not be levied in future in connection with this case.
