Rameshwaram temple a huge structure


The temple have hundreds of giant pillars carved out of a single stone. The temple has four long corridors with a huge stone pillars. Just entering into the temple everyone try to feel the fantastic architect and the ancient art in combine with the Indian culture. The roof slabs are completely cut out from a single stone and I think it may weight more than 100 tonnes but how they handled such a huge structure to place over the roof of the temple is unimaginable.
