Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends,

We come across a long journey since from the Independence of India. India got freedom on 15th August,1947 with a new hope and responsibility. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru became the first prime Minister of free India. Since from the Indian freedom struggle in numerous freedom fighters of India shed their lives for the sake of motherland. It is true we got the freedom but as such we have lot of internal problems too. This may extend to social evils of caste-ism, poverty, health related issue and on the other hand religious issues. All these issues made a great challenges to pandit ji. In his words, No doubt we got our freedom from the British rulers but this is not the real freedom. It was a great troubled to make India into the main track. Our first president of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad too worked a lot in getting India into a main track. With the combination of these two great leaders many planning commissions were appointed to make over a good policy to improve the destitute condition of India and slowly and slowly they mange to get it into the main track. The internal disputes between castes and religion made a great setback for the free India. Since prior to our freedom great Indian social reformers worked on those issue and earned a good result. Bapuji himself called them 'harijan' mean the people of god. He also faced many problem because of saying this word.

Now India registered its growth in many field like space programme, IT sector, Automobile sector, Engineering sector, Health sector and many more. The economically earned its self reliance, social evils were almost vanished except few happenings in northern part of India. So, it is our duty to work for our country to keep in the esteemed position among the world countries.
