1.Onion - 2(sliced)
2.Tomato - 2(sliced)
3.Garlic - 3 pieces from full
4.Pepper - 1 spoon(in powder form)
5.Salt - to taste.
6.Use Thoor dhal and frying material like mustard,jeera and green leaves when the preparation goes for tomato soup as starter.
1.Take spoon of pepper and grind them to powder form.Slice the onion and tomato to pieces.peel off the garlic skin.
2.Add sliced vegetable to the pressure pan and 250ml of water and allow them to boil.
3.Count the whistle for four by turning the stove on low flame.
4.Allow them to cool and once pressure is released. Add the boiled content to the Grinding jar and grind them to paste form.
5.Make paste to liquid form of your wish.Boil the soup for 5 minutes and finally add pepper and salt to taste.
Above ingredients are for the tomato soup as starter.For preparing tomato soup as side dish for break fast items like idly and dosa, you should add thoor dhal(thuvaram parupu in tamil) to pressure cooker.Add fried material of mustard,jeera and green leaves
