Improper Roads in Tamilnadu
The roads are the essential part of the country. The modes of transport are a major part of our countries GDP. I can say that the government has failed to lay proper roads in our country and would like to add some attachments to prove them. It is the duty of the government to provide the necessities of the citizens of the country but our government has failed to make such advancements.

Roadways are the important means which contributes a major part of our countries GDP. One has to say that our country has the third largest roadways in the whole of the world. There are two type of roads that are termed as raw roads and the other one is good roads i.e., that of the highways.
Though the overall preview of Chennai would make one believe that the roads are so good in Chennai I would state that the roads are not as good as it really seems to be. It would be good if the roads are not laid than laying the roads which are not up to the standards. The roads are the integral part of man as these are the major source of transportation of our country and more people are finding it as the most suitable system for them to transport but the roads are not up to the quality. It is really a true fact the roads are laid then and there after every 3 to 5 years but the roads put are not proper and they get destroyed very soon even before 6 months after the roads are laid.

The state also contains other type of roads that are good and are maintained well and there is a huge difference between these two roads. The Highways are the best example for such a type of roads and I would say that while these roads are maintained by separate laborers why not the government take initiative to provide laborers to facilitate the roads which are not developed that much. The highways are developed as the people from other state would get a preview of roads of Tamilnadu by seeing this but this is totally an unfair practice.
There is a lot of money paid by every individual on behalf of the vehicles he owns. The government earns a huge sum of public money to its account and there is a huge deposit of this money in the form of tax and other charges charged by the government on a common man, I don't think the people enjoy the benefits for the tax they pay to the government. This money if used efficiently can be used to build proper roads and the previous contracts needs to be closed as they have not performed well. This is one of the responsibilities of government to provide proper welfare facilities to facilitate the people in our state.
