Karthigai deepam recipe - Pori Urundai

Ingredients for making Pori Urundai
Pori - 2 cups
Coconut – ¼ cup
Jaggery – ½ cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Water – ¼ cup
Method for making Pori Urundai
1. In a bowl add the melted ghee and coconut cut into tiny bits, cardamom powder and Pori.
2. Take the jaggery in a kadai and melt it by adding water.
3. Now add this mixture to the above pori mixture.
4. Mix well and make small balls or urundais with the mixture.
Now the yummy Pori urundai is ready.
