The application costs Rs. 50 should be paid by cash only. The exm fees is about Rs. 500. For SC/ST/PH it is Rs.250. The amount should be paid through the prescribed slips/challan in all the branches of State bank of India. After filling all the blanks in the application carefully it should be submitted to any of the CEO offices along with the Xerox copy of the amount paid challan.
