Tragic Death of School Kid in Tamilbadu school - Whom to blame?

The Tragic accident caused by negligence of a popular School in Tambaram. The school management is neither ready to admit or rectify its himalayan blunder. On the contrary, the other children are made to suffer. Will the school authorities think and operate the buses after ensuring the safety?

"Education is Our Right" is the popular saying nowadays. But, safety is not Children's right. This message emerged out recently, when a 6 year old school kid was killed under the wheels of her bus. Do educational institutions think twice before taking decisions. The child would have made india proud, her parents proud...who knows. But the negligence of someone caused a permanent dent in a small family. The school in which the girl studied was a well established one in East Tambaram area. They try to impart good education in children, no doubt, but when the accident happened, the school management was in a denial mode and said that "the bus does not belong to the school". This statement from the responsible person angered the parents and the bus was burnt. Huge crowd gathered for the funeral of the child. Entire state mourned her death. But, the school did not bother. They held an assembly session mourning her death and left the other students to suffer by holding all its bus operations. They did not take any steps to ensure the safety or they never bothered about the children who take the school bus regularly. The parents are made to suffer. They don't practice what they preach.

The court did a great job by not waiting for a PIL, it took it as a suo moto case. The school authorities are behind bars and they were denied bail. Do they think about other children. No. The school management is adamant and they are holding their bus operations and not taking any steps to rectify their mistake. Hope the education department intervenes.
