How to prepare refreshing Pumpkin milk shake

Pumpkin pulp contains vitamins like A , E , C. They are useful in Eliminating Parasites , Reducing Cholestrol etc. Pumpkins are preferred for curing Ulcers and Leukemia. Pumpkins contain 90% of water. There are a number of varieties of pumpkin and I prefer White colour one. Here is a energetic Pumpkin Milkshake.

Pumpkin Milkshake Receipe:

Pumpkins contain 90% of water and has a number of nutritional facts . There are a number of varieties of pumpkin and I prefer White colour one


1.Pumpkin(Boiled & cooled) = 1 cup
2.Milk = 1/2 cup
3.Vanilla icecream = 2 cups
4.Sugar = 1/4 cup
5.Ice cubes = 4-6 cubes
6.Saffron = A small pinch.
7.Food colour(optional).


1.Take 1 cup of peeled pumpkin . Boil and mash it well .

Boiling pumpkin:
Cut pumpkin into large pieces and wash well . Then take a container with water . The water does not need to cover the pumpkin pieces . Steam it for 7-10 minutes . Drain the water .

2.Allow it to cool.
3.Take a mixer and add all ingredients : boiled pumpkin , milk , vanilla ice cream , sugar , and saffron.
4.Adding saffron gives colour . But,it gives only less colour .If you want , you can add food colour also.
5.Grind it well in the mixer.
6.Then , add some ice cubes on it.
7.Always serve chilled.
8.The pumpkin milkshake is ready.

Preparation Time:

It takes about 15 minutes. Best when served chilled.
