Step-by-step instructions
First, get all the required material chopped and ready. This is necessary because eggs cook fast and stick to the wok. We do not want that. So get everything ready first.  Take your semolina in the glass bowl, and add water above double the amount of your semolina. Make sure your semolina is pre-roasted. Keep them in your microwave. Set power to 100% and microwave for 5 minutes.
Light up your gas stove on a medium flame and place a wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and allow it to heat up. Start putting Mustard seeds, followed by Cumin seeds. Allow them a few seconds in the oil.
Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Immediately let your 3 eggs go into it after breaking the eggshells. Let the yolk, egg white sit in the wok for a few seconds. After 15 seconds or so, start to stir the wok. We want neither the eggs to stick to the wok nor them to become completely dry. Keep stirring to mix the spices and powders.
In the meantime, your microwave should finish its job. Check if the semolina has become soft. If they are softened, pour the semolina with the water into your wok. Put the gas stove flame on high. Add more water if the complete mix appears dry. Stir the whole contents of the wok to mix it properly. Allow it to simmer and cool a bit.
Take a hand plate and serve. The Sevai Bhurji recipe is ready to eat.
The whole process will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
