Institutes in Mumbai which provide educational services themselves hamper the very purpose of their existence,which is to provide education and not gossip and idle talk which leads students in a doldrums and provides mental fatigue and disorientation to both the students as well as the honest staff who mind their own business in their workplace.
The Educational system has degraded itself with the unnecessary politics which goes on in any educational institution today,be it schools or colleges.
Students nowadays are required to compete with each other in whatever field of study they are in.Keeping that in mind, a favorable atmosphere needs to be provided in educational institutions such as schools and colleges which will enable students to broader their horizon and concentrate on their studies instead of politics in schools or colleges which are useless and are a complete waste of time.
Educational politics needs to be curbed down in order to ensure that the students in the school or college gets proper attention with regard to their difficulties in their studies.By educational politics, I mean the pointless gossip and ways in which faculty members try to prove some wrongdoing of other faculty members with regard to their teaching methods.
Politics with regard to education also takes place among students who try to compare each other with reference to their skills and ranking in the school or the college.
Honest and sincere workforce and students have no choice but to stay silent and bear with this strange environment, but this proves as a dangerous problem with regard to their studies.
Therefore,the only way to overcome this problem in schools and colleges is to ensure that there is a change in the mindset of the faculty and the students during their normal work routine and this can be attained only by practicing the very quality that educational institutions try to preach to its students which is the concept of sincerity as well as honesty.
