  1. Income certificate for a child must be applied by their parent as per their work/service and annual income.
  2. Employees must submit their salary certificate; whereas non-salaried employees like business persons, farmers, labors should submit a self declaration form (with Rs. 4/- court fee stamp) mentioning your income source and annual income along with their application form.
  3. The duly filled application form (with Rs. 3/- court fee stamp) should be submit at your nearest CSC along with the relevant documents; for which you'll get an acknowledge slip with a Unique Application No.
  4. The expected timeline of application process is 15 working days. However, you can check your application status from the official website of Odisha e-district that is http://www.edistrictodisha.gov.in.


How to apply for Resident Certificate in Odisha?


While applying for admission or jobs most of the students require resident / nativity certificate. If you're a permanent resident, having any proof of your residual, land document, Voter I-card, Aadhar card, Gas Card etc.
  1. Resident certificate can be applied by any candidate of any age group with help of his/her Aadhar card, parent's land document, Gas Card, EPIC or any other proof of resident.
  2. The candidate has to submit the duly filled application (with Rs. 3/- court fee stamps) along with all relevant documents at their nearest CSC.
  3. The estimated timeline of processing and delivery of certificate is 15 working days. You can check your status at the above given website also.


How to apply for Caste / OBC / SEBC Certificate in Odisha?


If you're belong to SC / ST / OBC / SEBC category and need caste certificate for education, job, scholarship or any other cause you need to follow these guidelines and steps properly.
  1. For SC / ST candidates fill and submit this application form (with Rs. 3/- court fee stamp) along with ROR, land pass book, Voter ID card, recommendation from Sarpanch / MLA / MP or any local statement signed by 10-15 people from your locality and a Self Declaration Form (with Rs. 4/- court fee stamp) at your nearest CSC.
  2. Here is the application form for OBC candidates and application form for SEBC candidates that you need to submit as per the above mentioned documents.
  3. The estimated time span for caste application process and receiving the certificate is 30 working days. You may check your application status with the help of your Unique Application No. from the official portal of Odisha e-district.
