In preparation for the big day, Shahid Kapoor went through a series of tests prescribed by the Lockheet Martin Aeronautics company before stimulus training for the flight. The producers of Shahid's forthcoming film Mausam, directed by father Pankaj Kapoor, wanted the actor to experience a real fighter plane in preparation for his role as an Air Force Officer in the film.
