would yo like to live in mountain region.
you know that their many varieties of plants and animals living in the mountain. In the mountain their are herbal trees also.The trees are generally cone shaped and have slopping branches and their leaves are needle-like shaped so this helps the rainwater and snow to slide off easily.
There could be trees with shapes very different from these that are also present on mountains. They may have different kind of adaptation to survive on the mountains.
Mountain Regions
We see that that there are number of plants and animals living in the mountains. If we live in a mountain or visit ones we may have seen a large number of such trees but, have we ever noticed that such trees naturally growing in other regions.
The trees are generally cone shaped and have slopping branches and their leaves are needle-like shaped so this helps the rainwater and snow to slide off easily.

Animals living in the mountainous region are also adapted to the condition. They have thick skin or fur to protect them from cold.
For example,
1. Yaks have long hair to keep them warm.
2. A leopard has thick fur on its body including feet and toes. This protects its feet from the cold when it walks on the snow.
3. The mountain goat has strong hooves for running up the rocky slopes of the mountain.
