Ingredients of Bengali Chum Chum Sweet Recipe:


300 grams of cheese (paneer)
1 and half cup of water
Half tblsp tsp green cardamom powder
2 tblsp of refined flour (maida)
3-4 drops of lemon colour
1 and half cup of sugar
150 grams of condensed milk (unsweetened)
Some strands saffron

Preparation of Bengali Chum Chum Sweet Recipe:


1)First boil water and add the sugar into it to make a thin syrup.
2)Then mix the paneer with the flour and make a small finger sized shape.
3)Then add the finger shaped paneer to the sugar syrup and heat up for about 10 minutes.
4)Then put off the from the syrup and add the lemon colour to it.
5)Then cool it for some time.
6)Ten make a mixture by mixing saffron and cardamom powder to sugarless, creamy, condensed milk.
7)Then spread the cream on the Chum Chum and serve it.
