Its a very good idea to prepare chicken curry. All the Ingredients have a different flavor and when all mixed up it becomes delicious. I have an idea to make the chicken curry more thick and delicious. Garlic and ginger paste can be mixed with groundnut paste and can be used in frying, when you fry the ingredients. it will give a good fragrance, thickness and taste also to to your dish. fro the decoration of curry you can use spinach leafs, lemon and coriander leafs. You also can use some mint leafs into chicken curry.

Good way of cooking chicken curry and I will try this at earliest!

Sometimes my mom adds small pieces of potatoes in chicken curry while boiling the chicken. At my native in Konkan many families prefer to do the same while cooking chicken curry. Combination of potato and chicken curry tastes best. Also you can add very small pieces of coconut while cooking. That will also taste good in this curry.
