Here is a recipe to make beetroot pickle. Beetroot have a lots of vitamins to strengthen the human body. And the same power integrated in dates also. The two types of these items, making for mixed pickle will make the tasty one and good for the following food items like biriyani, rice, bread.

Beetroot have includes the vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin B1, B2, B3, vitamin A. It is a good source of vitamin C. It is used to reduce the Blood Pressure and purifying and increasing the haemoglobin and it will reduce hypertension.

Dates are a kind of fruit and it has a good medicinal power for cold, throat problems, fever and a lots of other problems,good for health. It has a good source of Vitamin C.

Beetroot pickle, recipe, for preparing.

Beetroot - 1 Kg
Dates - 300 gm.
Green chillies - 5 gms
Garlic - 10 grms.
Pine oil - 10 ml
Vinagir - 50 grms.
Pickle powder - 4 table spoon.
salt - as necessity


Cut beetroots in to very small pieces, also cut green chillis and add 2 garlic with it. Pour the pine oil in a vessal and allow to heat it for one minutes, and add the pieces of beetroot, Green chillis and garlics. Heat for just 5 minutes. Allow it to cool.

Wash dates cleanly and cut into small pieces and grint it for some times. Put some vinagir with it to grinting smoothly. Then add the beetroot and grint it for some more time. Add 4 spoon pickle powder and salt.

Very tasty. Can you try.

Do this for lasting

Don't use water to it. If it wanted in loose add vinagir only. It shall be use, for 1 month..
