The water which is to be used should be lukewarm in nature. Hence it is better if the person keeps a thermos flask and a bottle of cold water at his close proximity near the bed itself.The water therapy should be followed in such a way that the person should consume the said amount of water before he gets out of bed. The quantity of water required for consumption should amount to nearly one and half litre in measure.

Make it a regular practice to wake up early in the morning, especially in the holy hour of the brahmi muhurtham, wherein the atmosphere is calm and serene. Water therapy practiced at this juncture will give added results to any individual."Brahmi muhurtham is the holy hour of dawn, approximately ranging from 4.30 am. To 6.00 am in the mornings."

Keep a one and a half bottle of water near your bedside. After waking up at the appropriate time, see it to it that you drink the water kept aside for water therapy in recurrent gulps, before you get out of bed.
